BG5: Human Design for Career and Business

The founder of Human Design also recognized that many people may not be seeking the transformation that is possible through learning to live their design. Instead, they may be looking for solutions to specific questions, such as about how to find alignment with their career or livelihood.

Indeed, if you are living a life more suited to a different type, you are likely having difficulties. An Advisor type (Projector), for example, does not have access to as much energy as some other types. They'll quite likely reach a point of burnout, sooner or later.

The founder adapted his Human Design system to help people who want guidance in their career, and to help teams work together more effectively. It became BG5, the official career and business arm of the organization.  

In 2023, The Washington Post named Human Design as 4th on its list of “What is in for 2023." 

BG5 is less well known, but uses exactly the same source information.

BG5 uses language more suited to aligning better with your career or livelihood, or if you're an owner or team leader looking for solutions to organizational or team effectiveness. OK, yes - it's designed to be less woo-woo to reach a wider audience.
